Elisha Erich junior Elisha plangnan popularly known as Prince jay for his stand-up comedy. Graduated from Adamawa state university mubi, and had business administration management as a discipline.
Basically he started way back from his secondary school when
he used his Free periods to make up jokes for his mates in class.
Prince Jay who is known for his comedy also has his closet
mentor “Parrot” because he molded him to the person we see today, but he also follows
and receive mentorship from comedians like Basket Mouth, I Go Save, Senator,
Gandoki, Apkororo and the likes of them.
He's greatest achievement so far is the award for the
Comedian of the Year Adamawa State, which he received in the year 2017/2018.
Motivations and support for Prince Jay and his brand has
often come from different source with likes of Sarah Luka (Arabella NA) Parrot,
Nina, Eric Spix, Reetah Gambiye, Blessing Leslie to mention but a few.
The cliché “Na Your Data” and “High On Kunu” are the head
terms he uses when he wants to say something funny and silly (which of cause is
the essence for his jokes, funny). Some audience can just be so redundant with
comments for some of the post made on social media; so with all that
redundancy, he replies them with “NA YOUR DATA”
Asides comedy, Prince Jay is a singer and a footballer
(which of cause keeps him fit). Also, he owns a laundry and dry cleaning
service that top-up his finances.
Furthermore, he advices most upcoming artist to know what
they want, stay on the course of what they want and to be sure of it and
achieve greatness.
